Position Overview:

We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Administrative Officer. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional service while efficiently managing administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and efficiently
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it remains tidy and organized
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings, and assist with scheduling as needed
  • Receive and distribute mail and packages
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry and filing
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Handle inquiries and provide information to clients and visitors
  • Uphold company policies and procedures, including maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information

Requirements:

  • Emirati with family book
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional demeanor with a customer-focused attitude
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior experience in a logistics or related industry is preferred but not required

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or related field is a plus
