Job Summary:

·      Responsible for managing andexpanding the sales of cloud services to large enterprises or significant SMB(Small and Medium-sized Businesses) accounts.

·      This role involves developingstrategic relationships, understanding client needs, and proposing tailoredcloud solutions to drive revenue growth.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Identifying newbusiness opportunities, negotiating contracts, and collaboratingcross-functionally to ensure customer satisfaction and retention, driving theadoption of cloud services within the target market segment, and maximizingrevenue potential.

2. Develop and executestrategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets within thedesignated territory, focusing on enterprise-level clients and large SMBs.

3. Leverage years of cloudsales experience, with a preference for expertise in AWS cloud services, toeffectively sell cloud solutions to target accounts.

4. Utilize your enterpriseor significant SMB connections and account handling experience to identify,qualify, and close new opportunities within the designated market segments.

5. Report sales activitywithin the system, creating and conducting frequent reviews and reports withsales and financial data.

6. Develop a comprehensivestrategy and sales plan tailored to address the most appropriate industries andaccounts, aligning with organizational goals and objectives.

7. Collaborate with internal teams to developvalue propositions and solutions specific to cloud opportunities, leading theManaged & Professional Services elements of sales engagements.

8. Conduct in-depthbusiness discussions with customers to understand their business environment,requirements, and issues, positioning our cloud services as solutions.

9. Work towards achievingmaximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration, meeting withstakeholders within accounts to build and maintain strong relationships.

10. Employ inbound and/oroutbound techniques to identify, qualify, and close new opportunities,leveraging your knowledge of AWS product offerings and competitive issues todevelop solution proposals

11. Prepare and deliverpresentations, participate in negotiations with C-level executives, and closestrategic and complex deals to drive revenue growth.

12. Manage accountsthroughout the entire sales process, from business development prospecting andspecifications through contract negotiations, signing, and post-sales support.13. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through various channels, includingcold calling, networking, and social media.

14. Stay current onindustry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies toeffectively position our cloud services in the market and recommend innovationsto improve efficiency and effectiveness.

15. Foster a culture ofcontinuous learning and knowledge sharing within the team

 

Qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor's degree inBusiness, Management, Marketing, Technology, or related field, or equivalentexperience.

• 4-5 years of provenexperience in cloud sales, with a focus on AWS cloud services, and enterpriseor significant SMB connections or account handling experience.

• AWS Certified CloudPractitioner or willingness to achieve certification within one month ofonboarding.

• Proficiency in MicrosoftOffice, CRM, and sales software programs.

• Strong communication,negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to collaborateeffectively with internal teams and external partners.

• Proven track record ofexceeding sales objectives and developing accounts.

• Experience as the focal point for clients for all sales and related issues.

• Ability to work in complex, matrix-managed organizational environments.
