We're seeking a talented Media Sales Manager to join our client's passionate team and help achieve their ambitious goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Craft and execute a strategic sponsorship sales plan tailored to drive revenue growth efficiently.
  • Innovate and develop new sponsorship products and licensing opportunities that resonate with our audience and align with our brand.
  • Organize and oversee events to enhance brand visibility and support business objectives.
  • Establish and maintain sponsorship program guidelines to enhance recruitment, satisfaction, and overall support.
  • Lead all aspects of sponsorship activities, including prospecting, proposal customization, negotiation, and servicing.
  • Proactively reach out to potential sponsors and diligently follow up on leads generated from various channels.
  • Coordinate meetings and deliver compelling sponsorship proposals customized to the needs and interests of prospective sponsors.
  • Skillfully negotiate and finalize sales contracts and agreements that meet both parties' needs.
  • Provide informative facility tours for potential sponsors and ensure timely delivery of requested information.
  • Take the lead or assist in negotiations with building sponsors to secure mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices by actively participating in relevant workshops and seminars.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in media sales or a related field, preferably within the media, publishing& events industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales plans.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • In-depth knowledge of the media industry and sponsorship trends.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
