Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce detailed and precise AutoCAD drawings, ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Curate materials, furnishings, and accessories that enhance the overall design aesthetic and meet the functional needs of the space.
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritizing tasks and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging materials, and technologies to infuse fresh ideas and innovation into our design solutions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an Interior Designer, with a proven track record of delivering successful commercial and residential projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential; proficiency in other design software is advantageous.
• A robust portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of completed projects, showcasing creativity, attention to detail, and design excellence.
• Comprehensive knowledge of materials, furnishings, finishes, and their applications in interior design.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey design concepts and ideas.
• Strong team player with the flexibility to work collaboratively as well as independently.
• Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and industry standards relevant to interior design practice.
